If you change the way you look at things

the things you look at change

Changing the way we see things is no simple task.

Well-intended advice often goes that if we just “think positive,” good
things will follow.

But in my experience, this can lead to disappointment.

Swiss psychiatrist C.G. Jung believed that we don’t simply solve our
problems, but instead grow beyond them.

Our perception shapes reality and as we learn to view ourselves
differently, both we and our surroundings begin to change.

• We uncover who we are and where we come from.

• We identify and develop our inner resources.

• We build and nurture meaningful relationships while maintaining
boundaries.

This self-awareness helps us navigate life with greater ease and grace.

What does that mean?

I was born in Sweden, but have lived most of my life abroad, mainly in France. Until 2024, I worked at the United Nations, heading up one of the communications units.

In 2024, I got accepted into the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich as a training candidate in psychoanalysis.

During the training, I coach people and offer communications advice and services. I also offer speaking and trainings on communications, campaigns, teams, culture, symbols and brands.
